Nh Atlanta Rotterdam Hotel, Rotterdam

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a good size and comfortable bed, but the service could be inconsistent. The location was ideal for exploring the city, but the dining options were mixed. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were comfy with a large en-suite bathroom, but unfortunately, I had extremely noisy guests in the room above. The location was fantastic, close to the city center, but the service, although the staff were very attentive and friendly, was affected by poor housekeeping and the booking staff's attitude. The dining experience was really fantastic, especially the breakfast boxes made for our early departure, but it came with a price. Overall, a decent stay with ups and downs.

The hotel offers a generous room with large windows, ironing board, hairdryer, and tea/coffee facilities, but unfortunately, the single-glazed windows made the room very cold. The service was exceptional, with a lovely surprise for my birthday, yet there was an unfortunate incident of being wrongly accused. The location couldn't be better, close to all major attractions and within walking distance to everywhere. The dining experience was superb with delicious options but a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel provides a great stay with a few hiccups.

The dining experience was not as good as expected, lacking variety. Nevertheless, the hotel's facilities were decent, offering a range of services.

The hotel's rooms were not ready in time and felt more like a storage cupboard with a bed rather than cozy as imagined. Despite being a bit old and catering more to business travelers, they offered great quality. The service was excellent and very helpful, ensuring a quick check-in and out process. The location was definitely a plus, centrally located for all attractions in downtown Rotterdam, near important historical sites and shopping areas. The dining experience, though advertised as the best asset, turned out disappointing with unappetizing food options. The facilities were adequate and served their purpose well.

The location was great with the option of early check-in and luggage storage, but the lack of double glazing made it noisy at night. The dining experience was more than generous, and breakfast was very good. Overall, the hotel offers excellent amenities but falls short in some maintenance areas.
